Race organisers have confirmed the full route of the Tour de France’s Liverpool stage. Stage two of the 2027 men’s race, on Saturday 3 July, starts in Keswick, crosses Lancashire, passes through Knowsley and St Helens, and ends with a sprint finish along Liverpool’s waterfront.
The 2027 Tour starts in Edinburgh on Friday 2 July, only the race’s fifth visit to Britain. Britain will also be the first country outside France to host the start of both the men’s Tour and the Tour de France Femmes in the same year. All British stages will be shown free-to-air on Five, with full coverage on TNT Sports.
