The Beatles Story will leave the Royal Albert Dock and reopen in 2028 on the former St Johns Market site inside St Johns Shopping Centre, directly opposite Lime Street station, under plans announced by Apple Corps.
The new attraction will cover about 100,000 sq ft, more than four times its current footprint, and use immersive technology, original artefacts and reconstructed sets. St Johns Beacon is set to gain a Yellow Submarine-themed viewing experience. Apple Corps takes over running the existing attraction in 2027 before the move.
